Dr. Christopher Miller was raised in New Haven, Connecticut. An avid athlete his whole life, he attended the University of Pennsylvania for undergraduate education where he was a varsity letterman. He graduated with honors and pursued his medical school education at Yale University School of Medicine where he graduated with his MD and a Masters in Health Science. He was active in research throughout his medical school and published on biomechanics and clinic outcomes of fusion procedures.<br />After finishing his undergraduate medical education, he continued his Orthopaedic Surgery residency training at Yale New Haven Hospital. During this time he found that his true clinical interest lay in the care of complex foot and ankle conditions. He then worked at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the Harvard Foot and Ankle Surgery Fellowship. Since finishing, the fellowship has expanded to include surgical training at Beth Israel and he now teaches fellows along side the mentors who taught him.<br />Following his fellowship training, he moved to Beth Israel and the New England Baptist Hospital where he is currently in practice. He is on the faculty of the Harvard Medical School and is active in clinical care, research and teaching. Dr. Miller has given lectures on advanced surgical techniques and often educates other surgeons to help advance their clinical care as well. He cares for all aspects of the foot and ankle and is actively involved in limb salvage and amputation prevention efforts for this patients.<br />One of the most exciting parts of Dr. Miller’s practice is bringing new skills to perform complex procedures via minimally invasive techniques. This can improve patient outcomes, and decrease post-operative pain and scarring. The majority of his practice now revolves around minimally invasive surgery and he is a local leader in the field.

Dr. Horn is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery/American Board of Podiatric Surgery in Foot Surgery and Rear foot and Ankle Reconstructive Surgery. She specializes in reconstruction, revision foot and ankle surgery, arthroscopy of the foot and ankle, foot and ankle surgery, deformity correction, and limb salvage.Dr. Horn received her podiatric medical degree at Scholl College of Podiatric Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago, IL where she graduated top of her class. She then was selected to one of the most reputable and prestigious residency programs in the field of podiatric medicine and surgery. She completed a three-year residency in Foot and Ankle Surgery at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus in Virginia with an emphasis on reconstruction of complex deformities and traumatology of the foot and ankle. She also completed a rotation at Georgetown in a lower extremity plastic surgery and diabetic limb salvage. She completed her undergraduate education at University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Horn's goal is to provide the highest level of foot and ankle care with unsurpassed dedication to each patient. With a conservative approach centered on patient education and understanding she treats each patient with compassion and respect.

Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Fellowship Director. Assistant Professor of Clinical Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Ndu is a Penn Medicine physician. I am passionate about restoring mobility and enhancing the quality of life through surgical excellence in foot and ankle reconstruction. I am a board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon with over 10 years of experience. My mission is to provide personalized, patient-centered care with a particular focus on minimally invasive techniques to optimize recovery and long-term outcomes.

Dr. Fletcher was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She completed her undergraduate and medical education in the accelerated 6-year combined B.A./M.D. program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine. She also obtained her master’s degree in science and clinical research (M.Sc.) at the University of Kansas Medical Center. She then moved to Durham, NC for her Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Duke University. She completed her subspeciality training at the Institute for Foot and Ankle Reconstruction at Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, MD before returning to North Carolina to join the OrthoCarolina team in Charlotte. In addition to her surgical expertise, Dr. Fletcher has extensive research experience which allows her to help advance patient care for foot and ankle pathology. She has been prolific in her research endeavors with over 50 peer-reviewed publications, 15 book chapters, and has presented her research at both national and international conferences. She currently serves on the American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society research committee. Outside of the office, Dr. Fletcher likes to engage in a variety of athletics and outdoor activities including soccer, volleyball, running, hiking, boating, and water sports. She also enjoys traveling, country music, and spending time with her family including her Orthopedist husband and two rescue dogs.
